The original sketch only looked vaguely like this final image. I was hoping that they would not choose that sketch because it involved drawing a specific type of motorcycle in perspective and I had a lot of trouble finding suitable references. I finally used the 3D imaging software 3D/FX by Asymetrix to help get the perspective right. As it is. I am still not quite satisfied with the proportions. Although I had learned how to add tones to a black and white scan by working on Scout: Experimental, it still took me hours to get all the work done in PhotoPaint.

Below is an alternate sketch which would have been a lot easier to do!
